Lentl is a wonderful seasoning to liven up the taste of vegetables. In this recipe, the spices and toasted lentil flavor of the Lentl perfectly complement the roasted broccoli, making the side dish the star of the meal.

Ingredients:

1 large head of broccli, trimmed and cut into florets

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Kosher salt, to taste

2 tablespoons Lentl Peppercorn seasoning
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Put the broccoli florets in a pot of boiling water, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Using the back of a glass, smash each floret until flattened.

Sprinkle each one with parmesan cheese and Lentl - Peppercorn seasoning.

Bake @ 425F until the broccoli is crispy.
