Roasted Baby Potatoes with Podi

We love roasting potatoes, in fact, we'd argue it is the best way to prepare them... charred, crispy edges, and they are delicious.

Ingredients: 

High Protein Sauce : 

  • 150 g silken Tofu

  • 1/4 cup walnuts

  • 1tsp miso paste 
  • 2-3 tsp lime juice

  • 1 garlic
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Cut potatoes in half. 

  3. Mix oil and Lentl - Peppercorn seasoning to coat all the potatoes well. 

  4. Bake @ 420F for 30-40mins.

High Protein Sauce :

  • ADD all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined.
  • TASTE and add more salt, pepper, or lime juice as desired.
  • STORE in a covered container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
