
Ingredients :
0.5 cup soaked and cooked black chickpeas (or regular chickpeas)
1 cup cooked sweet potatoes
2 tbsp Lentl - Flaxseed Cumin seasoning
2 tbsp rice flour (optional)
Salt to taste
Directions :
To make the burgers: Mash the chickpeas , sweet potatoes and rice flour. Once it reaches mashed consistency add Lentl.
Roll into small patties and cook in a pan.
To serve :
Chilli oil drizzle - Mix Lentl with any neutral oil and drizzle over for extra crunch and flavor.
